- Responsible for all aspects of the UF Web presence including content, design, architecture, and usability testing;
- Led standards-based redesign of UF sites;
- Coordinated development of a central news system with RSS and podcast;
- Supervise four Web developers (three full-time, one part-time);
- Implemented first Google Search Appliance at a university
- Coordinated UF Virtual Tour content and multimedia development;
- Created handheld version of UF News & Events including news, events, announcements and weather
- Coordinated multimedia content for college Web portal (sin.wm.edu);
- Founded and served as Editor in Chief of SIN News, a multimedia campus news site;
- Established and served as Director of SIN Radio, an Internet radio station focused on local music;
- Managed video production of WMTV, William and Mary's closed-circuit student television channel
